**Job Description:** As a Publisher Business Development Member at IncrementX - The Publisher Alliances Division of Vertoz, your role will involve the following: **Role Overview:** You will be a part of the Publisher Team at IncrementX, representing Asian & Western Digital Publishers in a cross-geography setting. IncrementX serves as the Programmatic Monetization and Brand Solutions Revenue Partner for Publishers, offering global sales force, partnerships, and technology expertise to help publishers navigate cross-geography challenges and assist Brands and Agencies in reaching Niche Multicultural Audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with digital publishers for Publisher Development and Alliances. - Help manage and maintain publisher accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided (Account Management). - Collaborate with the marketing department to contribute ideas and strategies for strategic growth (Support Strategic Growth). - Work on identifying and nurturing potential leads to bring in new publisher partnerships (Cultivate Inbound Leads). - Assist in coordinating with publishers on their monetization strategies, including ad placements and content planning (Monetization Strategy). **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential (Strong Communication Skills). - A strong desire to learn about the digital advertising and monetization landscape is necessary (Eagerness to Learn). - Ability to think creatively, contribute fresh ideas, and think outside the box (Creative Thinking). - Familiarity with basic concepts of digital marketing and advertising is a plus (Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing). - Openness to travel as needed for business engagements is required (Willingness to Travel). - Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms related to digital advertising is important (Tech-Savvy). - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment (Team Player).,
