About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on results, creativity, and data. This role is perfect for someone who has successfully driven campaigns in D2C , B2B lead generation , and affiliate marketing . You’ll own the performance funnel from strategy to execution ensuring every marketing rupee delivers maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Lead full-funnel growth marketing initiatives to drive qualified B2B leads and D2C sales . Design and execute high-converting affiliate marketing programs and partnerships. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages. Analyse performance metrics daily and generate actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate closely with creative, content, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment and performance consistency. Stay on top of digital trends, performance benchmarks, and growth tactics to bring fresh ideas to the table. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with solid exposure to D2C, B2B, and affiliate ecosystems . Proven track record of driving scalable results through paid digital channels. Mastery of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and affiliate tools/networks. Strong analytical skills comfortable with numbers, data dashboards, and attribution models. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, or similar CRMs. A creative mindset backed by executional excellence.
