Nextag Media is hiring an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive performance marketing across domestic and international markets . The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in affiliate partnerships , specifically in lead generation and e-commerce domains. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns across global markets. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates. Optimize partnerships to meet ROI and lead generation goals. Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance. Ensure compliance and best practices in affiliate operations. Collaborate with internal teams for creatives and offers. Requirements: 3–4 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing. Strong exposure to both Indian and international markets . Expertise in performance tracking tools and platforms. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Background in lead gen and e-commerce is a must.
