Role Summary

Assistant Sales Executive – Digital & Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in

  Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Display Advertising

  .
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct clients, affiliates, and media agencies.
• Ideate and develop new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships – from need identification, solution design, and servicing to retention and growth.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Intellect Ads’ value proposition.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in

  Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Media Sales, and Branding Solutions

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPV (Cost Per View), and CPS (Cost Per Sale)

  models.
• Prior experience with an

  ad agency, ad network, affiliate network, or digital media platform

  preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM tools.
• Minimum

  3+ years of experience in Business Development / Ad Sales

  , with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
