As a Sales & Business Development Manager in the Aerospace industry, your role will involve expanding the clientele with a focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a growth strategy to increase sales and customer base. - Identifying new markets and customer needs through research. - Arranging and conducting business meetings with potential clients. - Promoting the company's products/services to address client objectives. - Ensuring sales contracts comply with legal guidelines. - Maintaining records of sales, revenue, and invoices. - Providing reliable feedback and after-sales support. - Cultivating long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - Training entry-level staff to enhance sales capabilities. - Engaging in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, key account management, and new customer acquisition. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or similar role. - A strong track record in sales. - Customer support experience is advantageous. - Proficiency in English. - Market knowledge and understanding. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients. - Effective time management and planning abilities. - An educational background in business administration, sales, or related fields is preferred.
