Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategy Development:** Creating and executing comprehensive business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence. - **Market Research:** Conducting high-level market research to spot new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients or partnerships. - **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:** Actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and marketing collaborations. - **Relationship Management:** Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients as well as key stakeholders. - **Sales & Negotiation:** Crafting and delivering compelling proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and leading deal closures. - **Team Collaboration & Leadership:** Working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies, and potentially leading a team of sales or business development representatives. - **Performance Tracking:** Monitoring sales performance metrics, tracking pipeline activity, and preparing regular reports and sales forecasts for management review. - **Industry Representation:** Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus). - **Experience:** Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with a history of meeting or surpassing targets. - **Core Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, high self-motivation, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
