Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant Degree Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele preferably from Manufacturing background. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Attending enquiries and submitting the offers with design concept layout to customers Adding new customers for order booking and sales targets Visiting to customer places for technical discussions relevant Attend new enquires and design approvals and price negotiations Responsible for monthly and yearly order booking Responsible for sales targets for monthly and yearly Responsible for weekly and monthly meetings about sales reviews Project reviews on weekly and monthly basis about project status with design, and assembly team Responsible for dispatch planning and updates to customers for the same Interact with customers on technical issues related to the inputs Coordination with sales, materials, production team for on time delivery Responsible for customer complaints and analysis Responsible on management review meeting, monthly and weekly meeting Maintaining the customer feedback reports and analysis Requirements and Skills Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills Any business administration, sales or relevant field preferred.
