Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute sales strategies

  to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

• Identify new business opportunities

  across municipalities, industries, and commercial sectors.

• Build & maintain strong relationships

  with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct IoT solution demos & presentations

  to highlight product features and benefits.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support).

• Stay updated on industry trends

  in IoT, automation, data analytics, and water treatment.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

  including customer acquisition and market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–5 years of sales experience in water treatment, IoT, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of IoT, automation, and water treatment technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to
