Role Description

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive

The role involves identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving conversations that lead to meaningful projects. You’ll work directly with founders and decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning Better Story’s services to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
• Build and nurture client relationships with a focus on long-term growth
• Understand client needs across branding, web design, UI/UX, and communication
• Create proposals, presentations, and pitch decks that convey our expertise
• Collaborate with the creative team to align sales opportunities with studio capabilities
• Maintain regular reporting and follow-ups on leads and accounts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
• Relevant experience working with a design studio, creative agency, or directly with clients for services like branding, web design, UI/UX, or communication
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
