Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The position is based in Pune, but allows for some flexibility with work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and work closely with the design and marketing teams to create customized proposals. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and reporting on performance metrics to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management Strong skills in Relationship Building, Client Management, and Networking Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to conduct Market Research and Trend Analysis Proficient in using CRM software and other Business Development tools Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently Experience in the design or marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
