Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service agreements.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a BDM in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Knowledge of staffing models: contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
