Role & responsibilities 25 years of experience in investor sourcing, preferably in chit funds, NBFCs, or financial services. Strong local network and ability to generate leads independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of chit fund operations and regulatory framework is a plus.
