Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard potential investors for various chit schemes. Build and maintain strong relationships retail investors. Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and financial product briefings. Collaborate with marketing teams to design investor outreach campaigns. Ensure compliance with chit fund regulations and maintain transparent communication with investors. Track investor feedback and market trends to refine sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and agreements. Support the collections and documentation process post-investment. Role & responsibilities 25 years of experience in investor sourcing, preferably in chit funds, NBFCs, or financial services. Strong local network and ability to generate leads independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of chit fund operations and regulatory framework is a plus.
