Sales Business Development Executive

You will be joining Milesef Fire Safety & Security Pvt. Ltd., a reputable company known for its fire safety, electronic security, and compliance services. With a strong presence in the industry for over 15 years, we specialize in offering expert consultation, designing systems, and executing projects for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. As we continue to expand our operations in Mumbai, we are seeking dedicated individuals to be a part of our Sales and Business Development team. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business leads within relevant sectors, promoting our fire safety and security solutions, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, and achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in exploring new opportunities such as annual maintenance contracts, compliance services, and integrated automation solutions. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Being self-motivated, target-oriented, and having a strong desire for professional growth are essential qualities we are looking for. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with a good understanding of Mumbai's commercial and industrial landscape, is required. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is also expected. While prior experience in B2B sales, fire safety, automation, or security systems is preferred, we welcome freshers who demonstrate the right attitude and enthusiasm.
