Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at VP Ventures, located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also participate in sales strategy development, conduct market research, and provide sales presentations. The role includes maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of the local market in Pune is a plus
