Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and product demos to proposal creation and follow-ups, including on-site visits to clients' offices (if required) for demos and presentations. This role requires a proactive, organised, and persuasive individual who can work independently while collaborating with the team to achieve revenue targets. If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for understanding client needs, and enjoy helping businesses scale through technology, this is the role for you. Key responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients (interior design firms, SMBs) through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media. Sales Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end sales, including scheduling meetings, product demos, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback, align campaigns, and optimise lead conversion. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Zygns offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Customer Feedback Loop: Gather client insights and feedback to help improve the product and customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors. Attending and organising sales exhibitions and trade shows. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (SMB/SME, SaaS, digital, or e-commerce) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentations, and B2B outbound sales. Experience in on-site client demos, handling objections, and closing deals. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking, and prospecting, including cold outreach and follow-ups. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organised, and able to analyse client needs to provide tailored solutions. Show more Show less
