Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, self-driven Business Development Executives to lead the charge in acquiring and managing clients in the staffing and outsourcing domain. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling recruitment services or HR-related solutions, with a strong network and the ability to close deals independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing
Pitch staffing solutions, managed services, and HR technology offerings to CXOs, HR Heads, and Procurement leads
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Develop customized proposals and close enterprise-level deals
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure quality and speed of service
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy
Attend industry events and networking forums to expand market reach
Skills & Requirements2–5 years of experience in B2B sales in recruitment, outsourcing, or HR tech
Open for Fresh MBA graduates as well if the willingness is there to learn and accelerate.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of staffing, manpower outsourcing, or RPO models
Ability to work independently and with targets in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
