Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The candidate will work closely with team members to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Experience in Account Management with a focus on client retention and relationship building Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities and trends Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote responsibilities, and competency in using relevant tools Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology and Masters in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Knowledge or experience in the polymers or food ingredient industries is an advantage
