Role Overview:

Sales and Business Development Associates


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cold calls and cold emails

    to potential clients and suppliers.
  • Reach out to API manufacturers and suppliers to collect updated product lists, certifications (CoA, GMP, DMF), and purity grades.
  • Contact potential clients to understand their API requirements and offer suitable sourcing solutions.
  • Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist management with day-to-day coordination tasks and database updates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of supplier communications and client interactions.
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, quotations, and deal closures.
  • Contribute to the overall business development and sales growth of apicule.


Qualifications:

  • 0–1 years of experience

    in sales, business development, or client servicing (Freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confident in making cold calls, sending cold emails, and handling objections.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in pharmaceutical products (especially APIs) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and email communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.


Compensation:

  • Freshers (0–1 year)

    : ₹10000 per month
  • Experienced candidates: Competitive salary depending on experience
