We are building one of the most reliable, updated databases for pharmaceutical sourcing, ensuring speed, transparency, and quality for the global pharmaceutical industry. Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Curator with a background in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences to support our API supplier database development. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and curating product and certification data from pharmaceutical manufacturers. The position is full-time and remote , offering significant growth opportunities within a fast-scaling startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Collect API product information from suppliers, including CAS numbers, product specifications, and certifications (CoA, GMP, DMF, Purity Grades). Verify and organize data accurately into Excel sheets, Google Sheets, and internal database systems. Coordinate with the Business Development team to update supplier communication records. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of the API supplier database. Assist in supplier onboarding by gathering missing product or certification details. Perform regular data audits to maintain a clean and verified database. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data curation, pharmaceutical research, or related roles (Freshers welcome). Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Basic knowledge of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and pharmaceutical certifications is a plus.
