Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own and manage the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing new business. Strategic Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute creative, multi-channel outreach strategies to initiate contact with prospects. Consultative Selling & Platform Demonstration: Conduct engaging and insightful platform demonstrations, tailoring your presentation to the specific needs and pain points of each prospect. Clearly articulate the platform's features, benefits, and long-term ROI. Pipeline Management & Diligent Follow-Up: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Implement a disciplined follow-up strategy to nurture leads, provide valuable resources, and maintain consistent communication to advance opportunities through the sales funnel. Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, contributing directly to Alpha Earth’s growth and market expansion. Relationship Building: Forge strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable advisor in the carbon intelligence space. Market Intelligence: Serve as the eyes and ears of the company in the Indian market. Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape our future strategy and platform enhancements. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system. Provide regular, transparent sales forecasts. Who You Are An Experienced SaaS Sales Professional: You have 3-5 years of experience in a closing role within the B2B SaaS industry, with a demonstrable and consistent record of exceeding sales targets. A Master Communicator: You are highly presentable with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences, from analysts to C-level executives. A Proactive Hunter: You are a self-starter with a relentless drive for lead generation and business development. You are diligent, organized, and persistent in your follow-up. A Strategic Thinker: You possess strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand a client's challenges and map them to our solutions. Mission-Aligned (Preferred): You have a strong interest in sustainability, climate technology, or ESG. Prior experience or knowledge of carbon markets is a significant advantage and highly preferred.
