Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Auditor at TYA, you will be responsible for conducting audits of sales calls, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and ethical practices. You will review lead handling, client interactions, and closure techniques to identify performance gaps. Your role will involve preparing structured audit reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Collaborating with Sales Trainers and Managers to drive continuous improvement in sales conversion and customer experience will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor accuracy in sales reporting, incentive calculations, and achievement tracking while ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry norms. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits of sales calls, processes, and documentation - Review lead handling, client interactions, and closure techniques - Prepare structured audit reports with actionable recommendations - Collaborate with Sales Trainers and Managers to drive continuous improvement - Monitor accuracy in sales reporting, incentive calculations, and achievement tracking - Build and implement Sales Call best practices from Industry into TYAs accounting and ERP sales processes - Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry norms Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Sales Quality/Audit/Compliance within a BPO or Call Center sales environment - Strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills with sharp attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to identify gaps and provide structured, practical solutions - Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate setting - A team player who can bridge quality assurance with business goals - Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) - MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory) - Certification in Sales Quality/Audit/Compliance will be an added advantage Additional Details: TYA offers a professional and collaborative work culture in the fields of Accounting & IT/ERP Solutions.
