Job description About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Functional Consultant to lead large-scale client ERP implementations end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be a senior professional with strong functional expertise in Finance, Accounting, and Business Processes, combined with a sound technical understanding of ERP systems. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage client expectations, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful and timely delivery of ERP projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal development teams, and management. Analyze existing client business processes and design optimized workflows aligned with ERP functionalities. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and adherence to timelines. Drive system integration, data migration, and process automation activities. Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and post-implementation support. Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into system solutions.
