Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Identify SMB prospects across industries (retail, education, healthcare, services). Run cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns (with AI Sales Agents support). Sales Support Qualify inbound leads and set up demos for Sales Managers. Prepare sales decks, case studies, and assist in proposal drafting. Customer Engagement Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up with prospects. Build relationships with SMB decision-makers (owners, managers, IT heads). Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records and update dashboards. Track progress of AI Agent adoption pilots and subscriptions. Market Research Gather insights on SMB adoption trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Required Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of experience in inside sales / business development (preferably tech or SaaS). Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi). Curiosity about AI, automation, and SMB digital transformation . Comfort with outreach tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation). Self-motivated, eager to learn, target-oriented. Preferred Attributes Prior exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or AI/automation sales is a plus. Quick learner, willing to grow into full-cycle sales.
