SUMMARY

This is a remote position.

Contour Education is seeking a Sales Auditor  - a detail-oriented and process-driven professional who ensures that all sales activities and trial bookings meet company standards for accuracy, documentation, and compliance.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to review sales communications, CRM records, and booking data, ensuring that every action aligns with Contour’s defined procedures and policies. Your work will directly strengthen accountability, improve operational efficiency, and uphold Contour’s commitment to transparency and quality in every sales interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured review work, precise documentation, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

You will play a key role in ensuring that Contour’s sales operations run with accuracy, accountability, and consistency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Verify that all preparation work before a call or outreach is completed and follows established procedures.
  • Ensure that trial bookings meet eligibility criteria, academic prerequisites, and capacity rules.
  • Confirm that student and parent interactions are accurately documented and that lead statuses are updated promptly in the CRM.
  • Review CRM notes for clarity, completeness, consistency, and proper tagging.
  • Check that every enrolment includes explicit consent, correct sequencing, and all required documentation.
  • Audit overall sales activity, communication logs, and CRM data for compliance with company standards.
  • Record audit findings and provide actionable feedback to sales team members and the Sales Manager.
  • Identify recurring process gaps and collaborate with the team to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

Must - Haves

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 1 3 years of experience in auditing, operations, data review, or quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Monday.com, Podium, or Missive.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy under timelines.

Nice - to - Haves

  • Experience in sales operations, EdTech, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to process audits, data validation, or compliance monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management systems.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets or audit documentation tools.
