Position Overview

The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting STEMbotix’s products and services, including robotics, STEM education solutions, training programs, and institutional offerings. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, visits, and online platforms
  • Promote STEMbotix products, training programs, and solutions to schools, colleges, institutions, and corporates
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients

2. Client Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with clients
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation
  • Maintain CRM or sales records and update lead status regularly
  • Share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager

4. Target & Market Support

  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and promotional activities
  • Participate in exhibitions, campus visits, and events when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Marketing preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with calling, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in education, training, EdTech, or technology sales
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
