Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and

interpersonal skills, who can drive sales of our cybersecurity and GRC training programs.

The candidate should have prior sales experience in the EdTech domain, be confident in

handling leads, and have a passion for helping learners choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from students

and professionals.

  • Convert leads into enrollments for various GRC and cybersecurity courses.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain CRM records.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Communicate effectively with corporate clients for B2B training opportunities.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.
