Job Description

Role Overview

Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Conduct
cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of corporate clients, training prospects, and partner organizations.
Research and identify new business opportunities, industries, and decision-makers.

Sales & Conversion

Pitch CyberGRC consulting services and training courses to prospective clients.
Deliver product/service presentations and demos to CXOs, compliance officers, HR heads, and learning managers.
Follow up diligently with prospects and convert leads into
closed deals
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales revenue targets
.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and upselling.
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing & Business Growth Support

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, and events.
Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to refine strategies.
Represent CyberGRC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong
communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
.
Confidence in handling
cold calling
and client objections.
Ability to understand and explain
cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance services
(training provided).
Self-motivated with a
hunter mindset
and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a
target-driven environment
.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
