Role Overview

Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Conduct

      cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

      to generate qualified leads.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of corporate clients, training prospects, and partner organizations.
    • Research and identify new business opportunities, industries, and decision-makers.
  • Sales & Conversion

    • Pitch CyberGRC consulting services and training courses to prospective clients.
    • Deliver product/service presentations and demos to CXOs, compliance officers, HR heads, and learning managers.
    • Follow up diligently with prospects and convert leads into

      closed deals

      .
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly

      sales revenue targets

      .
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Maintain relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and upselling.
    • Act as the point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Marketing & Business Growth Support

    • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, and events.
    • Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to refine strategies.
    • Represent CyberGRC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong

    communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in handling

    cold calling

    and client objections.
  • Ability to understand and explain

    cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance services

    (training provided).
  • Self-motivated with a

    hunter mindset

    and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
