• Managing relationships with clients to ensure their Service requests / complaints / etc. are addressed in timely manner.
• Work with product teams on analysis and development of transaction ideas, structuring of solutions for better customer experience & discussions with clients for enablement of these solutions.
• Promote digital solutions and enable implementation of these solutions to clients.
• Engage with Internal stakeholders for swift resolution on client complaints.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Sales colleagues in developing product solution.
• Exploring and providing solution to clients complex requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Self-managing client High level escalations by speaking to clients senior stakeholder.
• Conducting regular client reviews, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain positive and proactive interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Accountable for upholding company vision and values statement.
• Challenge the status quo and adaptability to change, balance with strong team spirit and strict compliance culture.
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
• Desired background: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated to work under tight timelines.
• Extremely diligent and hardworking to efficiently manage deadlines across multiple transactions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent skills in using MS Office
