This role blends Human Resources support with student engagement. You will handle phone-based follow-ups with studentsregarding admissions, onboarding, attendance, and feedback Talent Acquisition & Onboarding HR Operations & Compliance offer-letter paperwork, and employee recordkeeping
Key Responsibilities
Student Follow-Up & Engagement (Primary) Make outbound calls to prospective and enrolled students Provide program information, clarify queries, and guide them through application or payment processes. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Remind students about class schedules, assessments, deadlines, or upcoming events. Collect feedback and escalate concerns to the academic or support teams. Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/HRIS systems with interaction details. Organize and host webinars and post-event follow-ups Represent the company professionally on video calls with clients, partners, and prospective hires, acting as the face of the organization in virtual meetings HR Support ¢ Assist HR in maintaining student and trainee records, including attendance and onboarding documentation. ¢ ¢ Support recruitment drives for teaching assistants, mentors, or internal staff when required. Coordinate induction sessions, issue offer/appointment letters for interns or staff, and help with payroll/attendance tracking for part-time instructors. Administration & Coordination ¢ ¢ Prepare daily/weekly call reports for management review. Liaise with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student experience, vendor contracts ¢ Help organize student engagement activities such as webinars, Q&A sessions, or placement drives.
