Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, personal files). Oversee performance management system and support annual appraisal process. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities. Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of administrative records.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
