Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Align HR strategy with business and project objectives.
  • Formulate, implement, and review HR policies, systems, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead organization design, manpower planning, and succession planning.

2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

  • Oversee recruitment for corporate office, project sites, sales, CRM, and support functions.
  • Plan and deploy manpower in line with project lifecycle requirements.
  • Strengthen onboarding and compliance for contractor and third-party workforce.

3. Performance Management & Rewards

  • Drive performance appraisal and KPI-based evaluation systems.
  • Manage compensation reviews, increments, incentives, and retention initiatives.

4. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement leadership and functional development programs.
  • Support capability building for project and site teams.

5. Employee & Industrial Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage workforce discipline at project sites.

6. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance to Real Estate and construction projects.
  • Oversee PF, ESIC, LWF etc across sites.
  • Liaise with government departments where required .

7. HR Operations & HRMS

  • Oversee payroll governance, time office, attendance, and employee records.
  • Drive HRMS implementation and digitization of HR processes.

8. Administration & Facilities Management

  • Lead corporate and site administration including facilities, security, transport, housekeeping, and guest house management.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, AMCs, SLAs, and cost optimization initiatives.

9. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage HR & Administration budgets.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality and compliance.

10. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR & Administration teams across locations.

Desired candidate must have strong demonstrated leadership to lead and manage the team .

The position demand strong, clear and meaningful communication , verbal and written .

The DGM HR & Administration is a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to Human Resources and Administration functions across corporate and multiple project sites. The role ensures workforce readiness, statutory compliance, strong employee relations, and efficient administrative governance to support timely project execution and organizational growth.
