About the Role

Social Pehchan is hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can drive revenue, close deals, and build strong client relationships in the digital marketing space. This role is strictly for professionals who have **proven experience working in a digital marketing agency** — **banking, financial, insurance, or non-agency sales experience will NOT be accepted.**

Must-Have Requirements

Mandatory:Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency (no banking/finance/insurance sales background)

Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Branding, and Digital Strategy

Excellent communication, negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills

Must have hands-on experience with **lead generation & prospecting tools,including:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Apollo,Lusha,ZoomInfo, Snov.io, RocketReach

HubSpot CRM ,Zoho CRM,Pipedrive

Cold emailing tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake

Cold calling tools and dialers

Google Workspace,Canva, PowerPoint for proposal creation

Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite (added advantage)

Ability to generate qualified leads, close deals, and manage long-term accounts

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Key Responsibilitie

Identify, research, and approach potential clients across industries

Use advanced lead gen tools, CRM systems, and data platforms to build high-quality pipelines

Create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations customized to client needs

Manage and nurture a strong business development funnel

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Stay updated on industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitor insights**
