We specialize in transforming raw materials into finished products, components, or structures through various processes. Known for our versatility, we offer a wide range of customized solutions to meet diverse client needs. Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to promote our metal fabrication services and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sector, and will develop campaigns that showcase our technical capabilities, quality, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s metal fabrication services (e.g., CNC machining, welding, custom metalwork). Create targeted content for the website, brochures, case studies, social media, and email campaigns to engage industrial clients. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition goals. Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including SEO, Google Ads, and industry-specific directories. Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fabrication sector. Track KPIs such as website traffic, lead conversions, and campaign ROI to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sector. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation. Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and terminology is a strong plus. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms). Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and visual. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Experience with CAD visuals, technical brochures, or engineering content. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator) are a plus. Trade show planning or industrial event marketing experience. Show more Show less
