Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and train new sales personnel. The role includes managing sales activities, forecasting sales metrics, and working closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training for sales personnel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in international trade or EXIM is a plus
