Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Coimbatore location. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve conducting sales training sessions, driving sales growth through effective management and planning, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or educational technology sector is a plus
