Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in west bengal snd adjoining states. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing the entire sales process to achieve business growth. The specialist will be responsible for customer service, handling inquiries, providing product training, and executing sales strategies to optimize market outreach. Collaboration with internal teams to drive marketing campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to plan and execute sales strategies effectively
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage both customers and team members
• Experience in providing Training to clients and team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and address client needs
• Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and reporting on sales performance
• Previous experience in the flooring or construction industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
