Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Marketing Specialist experienced in B2B sales for LED lighting products and OEM/ODM services . The candidate will be responsible for generating business from distributors, wholesalers, lighting project companies, and corporate clients. This role requires strong technical understanding of LED products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales: Identify and target potential B2B clients including distributors, traders, electrical contractors, project companies, and OEM/ODM buyers. Promote LED lighting products and custom manufacturing services (OEM/ODM) to domestic and international clients. Conduct product presentations, pitch customized solutions, and provide technical specifications as required. Develop long-term business relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize deals with high accuracy. Coordinate with the production team for custom orders, product development, and timely project execution. Monitor market demand, customer requirements, and competitor offerings in the LED industry. Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase B2B brand visibility in domestic and international markets. Manage digital marketing activities including LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and LED industry platforms. Prepare catalogs, product datasheets, presentations, and technical brochures for clients. Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B networking events (national & international). Analyze marketing performance and propose improvements for lead generation and conversions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in LED lighting, electrical products, or electronics manufacturing. Strong knowledge of LED lighting categories (street lights, panels, drivers, bulbs, strips, industrial lighting, etc.) and OEM/ODM processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with R&D/production teams. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits or client meetings.
