Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The individual will manage daily sales activities, develop and execute marketing strategies, engage with new and existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, travelling for client meetings and sales opportunities, and supporting the management of sales processes to achieve business growth. The role also involves closely collaborating with team members to drive business objectives. Qualifications Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders Experience in Sales and Training, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets Sales Management skills, including the ability to oversee processes, develop strategies, and support team success Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in creating and implementing marketing initiatives is an added advantage
