Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves training sales staff, managing sales operations, and generating regular performance reports. Additionally, the Specialist will focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

• Experience in the plastic and polymer industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
