Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, devising and executing sales strategies, and conducting necessary training to improve team performance. The role also involves managing and optimizing sales processes for the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue generation and achieve targets
• Experience in Training to support skill development and performance improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
