Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating training programs, managing performance appraisals, and addressing employee grievances.

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of HR strategies, policy development, and implementation
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
