Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client relations, developing sales strategies, training team members, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the management to implement marketing plans and achieving organizational goals. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and mentoring sales team members Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
