Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, managing sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to clients as needed. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide outstanding support
• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills with a focus on achieving targets and fostering customer relationships
• Experience in Training clients or team members on product offerings and services
• Proficiency with CRM software, sales data analysis, and preparing business reports is advantageous
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
