📢 Internship Opportunity | On-the-Job Training (Delhi)

We are excited to announce an On-the-Job Training (OJT) Internship Program at Bonanza Portfolio Limited.

We are looking to onboard 20 enthusiastic interns from Delhi-based colleges who are eager to gain practical exposure in Sales, Marketing, and Process Improvement within the financial services industry.

🔍 About the Internship

Location: Delhi (On-the-Job Training)

Start Date: Mid-January

Duration: 4 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Interns Required: 20

Target Colleges: Delhi colleges (Management / Commerce / Marketing preferred)

📌 Internship Role: Sales & Marketing with Process Improvement Exposure

🔹 Sales & Marketing Responsibilities (70%)

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will:

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote financial products and services

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management

Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital content

Participate in sales meetings and client interactions to understand the end-to-end sales cycle

Collaborate with team members to ideate and execute innovative marketing campaigns

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales and marketing team

🔹 Process Improvement Responsibilities (30%)

As part of process improvement exposure, you will:

Observe and document existing sales and operational processes

Assist in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas in workflows

Support the team in streamlining reporting formats and tracking mechanisms

Help in preparing basic process documentation and SOP drafts

Assist in data compilation, analysis, and reporting to improve productivity and turnaround time

Work closely with internal teams to understand process alignment and coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations
