Role Description

This is a full-time, role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and conducting product or service training for sales teams and clients. Additionally, responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets through efficient planning and implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales goals effectively
• Experience in Training to lead and enhance team performance and product knowledge
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a corporate or client-facing role
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
