Job Description

Sales Manager Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and develop life insurance advisors
Lead sales activity through regular field visits and joint sales calls
Deliver monthly and yearly business targets with disciplined execution
Track advisor productivity and provide ongoing training and coaching
Build long-term relationships with advisors and customers
Ensure strict adherence to company processes and IRDAI regulations
Conduct sales reviews, training programs, and motivation sessions

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on field sales experience
Exposure to Life Insurance or BFSI sales is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to lead from the front and energize a sales team
Strong target orientation with a field-driven approach
Comfortable with extensive on-ground work

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
