Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth and brand positioning initiatives. This role combines the responsibilities of driving sales performance and overseeing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in both sales management and marketing strategy, with the ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives or representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline status, and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing:

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, BTL/ATL).
• Manage brand positioning, awareness, and lead generation strategies.
• Oversee content development, social media, and online advertising efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop promotional materials.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry networking meets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of both sales processes and marketing channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strategic thinker with a performance and ROI-driven approach.
