Job Title Telecaller – Gold Sikka Company Job Summary As a Telecaller at Gold Sikka, you will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone in Telugu, Hindi, and English , promoting gold products and booking appointments. You will be the voice of our brand, bridging customer needs with our sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to introduce Gold Sikka products and services (zimyo.com, geeksforgeeks.org). Respond to inbound inquiries , clarify product details, and resolve customer questions (careers-page.com). Maintain accurate call logs , update CRM with customer details, preferences, and follow-up schedules (zimyo.com). Meet daily/weekly call or appointment targets and contribute to sales funnel growth (razorpay.com). Gather customer feedback , share product insights with the team, and escalate unresolved concerns appropriately (razorpay.com). Coordinate with Sales/Marketing teams to ensure lead follow-up by the field team. Qualifications & Eligibility Age: 18–39 years. (Any candidate over 39 will not be eligible.) Education: Minimum High School; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred (expertia.ai, geeksforgeeks.org). Language Skills: Proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English—both written and spoken. Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome (geeksforgeeks.org). Mandatory Documents: Submit educational and experience certificates; age proof via valid ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN). Required Skills Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening .
