We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at TraxSmart. In this role, you will be key in driving our growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our advanced GPS tracking and surveillance devices. You will engage with potential partners to secure manufacturing quotations and establish strong relationships with key players in the automobile sector. Your goal will be to effectively promote and sell TraxSmart's cutting-edge tracking solutions to automobile brands and helping us expand our market presence and achieve our revenue objectives. Job Description:- Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for TraxSmart’s GPS tracking and surveillance devices. Identify and prioritize target markets and key clients within the automobile sector and related industries. Client and Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and clients, including automobile brands and OEMs. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions based on TraxSmart’s product offerings. Quotation and Negotiation: Visit and collaborate with other companies to obtain competitive manufacturing quotations for TraxSmart’s products. Negotiate terms and agreements to secure profitable contracts and partnerships. Product Promotion and Sales: Effectively pitch TraxSmart’s cutting-edge GPS tracking and surveillance solutions to automobile brands Demonstrate the value and benefits of TraxSmart’s products, emphasizing compliance with AIS140 standards and their advantages in the market. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive landscape. Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and market feedback. Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales Manager/Director to assess progress and adapt strategies as needed. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product features and market demands. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape product improvements and marketing initiatives. Customer Support and Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sales engagement. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Travel and Field Work: Travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities. Represent TraxSmart at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. * Qualifications: MBA in marketing or MCA or MSCor Diploma in a similar field preferred Proven experience in sales and marketing within the ODM and OEM sectors is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the networking, surveillance, IT storage, and GPS tracking industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel frequently across India. What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
